NO REFUNDS POLICY

At FELLOW, every piece is made with intention — inspired by faith, rooted in community, and designed to empower. Because of the limited nature of our drops and the pre-order system we use, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays due to postal services once your order has been dispatched.

REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)

We stand by the quality of our garments. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the fault or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll assess your claim and, if approved, cover the cost of return shipping for the faulty item and send a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
